Our Team
The Team Of Great Doctors Behind Silverdale Doctors
Dr. Ananda Giri is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner with six years of international clinical experience—2.5 years as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in Australia and four years in Nepal.
Samia Zahra began her career as an intern in Mackay Base Hospital and gained her general registration in 2010 and her fellowship qualifications in 2021.
Dr. Saraa is an experienced General Practitioner offering comprehensive primary care with a special interest in women’s health, paediatrics, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Sohail Fazal is a Family and Travel Medicine Specialist with over 19 years of international experience across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and the UK.
Dr Pedro Felipe Pinilla Merchan is a General Practitioner with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Colombia and broad clinical experience across hospital and community healthcare settings.

Patient Resources
Billing Policy
We offer bulk billing for patients who meet eligibility criteria. Eligible patients can receive most consultations at no out-of-pocket cost.
Bulk Billing is available for:
- Children 15 years and under
- DVA Gold Card holders
- Pensioner concession card holders 65 years and over
- Patients with a valid Medicare card
Services not covered by bulk billing include:
- WorkCover consultations
- RHCA Medicare cardholders
- Procedures
- Pre-employment medical assessments
- Medical or other reports
- Drive Medical Assessments (Taxi/Uber/Diabetic/Racing)
- Cosmetic treatments
- Urine drug screening
- Allied Health services
- Transfer of history
Payment is required at the time of consultation for services not eligible for bulk billing and can be made by cash, credit card, or EFTPOS.
